Data & Funds Policy

Summary of operational policies for data protection, funds flow, fees, and compliance aligned to FRD and Terms.

1. Platform Status

Ulang is a billing technology provider and payment aggregator. Ulang is not a bank, not a lender, and does not accept public deposits.

2. Funds Flow and Ledger

  • Payments are processed via PSP (Flip) for QRIS/VA and transfers.
  • Dashboard balance is a ledger record; physical funds are held by the PSP until Merchant withdraws.
  • Withdrawals are manual and only to verified Merchant-owned accounts.
  • 90-day rule: dormant funds must be withdrawn; Ulang may initiate transfer to the registered account if inactive.
  • Settlement follows PSP schedule; holds may occur for risk/regulatory review.

3. Fee Structure

  • Platform Fee: Flat per successful transaction (promo Rp 500, normal Rp 1,000 for later cohorts); snapshotted per account and not raised for early-stage merchants.
  • Withdrawal Fee: Charged per withdrawal request per platform/PSP config (e.g., Rp 2,000).
  • MDR QRIS/VA: Borne by Merchant per PSP tariff.
  • Fee changes will be communicated in advance, except Platform Fees already locked per early-stage account.

4. AML/KYC Compliance

  • Merchant must provide KYC documents and transaction proof when requested.
  • Ulang may hold/reject transactions if fraud, AML/CTF, or regulator/PSP instructions arise.
  • Suspicious activity may be reported to PSP/authorities; transactions may be refunded/reversed if required.

5. Data Protection

  • Identity, bank, and KYC documents are stored encrypted with role-based access.
  • Data is used for billing, notifications, compliance, and service improvements using anonymous data.
  • Rights to access, correct, and delete data are subject to privacy terms and retention obligations.
  • Audit logs are retained for security and forensics if needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ulang is not liable for installment defaults, indirect damages, or lost profits. Maximum liability is total Platform Fees paid in the last 3 months.
